Hi dear, thanks for the interest. Of course yes, it's interactive: what you see in the promo is a live recorded video. A custom objc software we wrote is simply a ram buffer that stores last n seconds of video, an allows us to play it changing rate, speed, delay.

A custom Quartz Composer patch then does a realtime background subtraction to recorded video. One other does motion tracking on the image (it's the part in which sound plays just when i move).

Around that, there's some interactivity through kinect, other software involved are QLab, some other Quartz Composer custom patch, Osceleton. All is linked through Syphon, the technology without that we couldn't do all this; and some osc and midi signal.
