The Sibiu International Theatre Festival is an annual event hosting the world's prime performing arts. I've been attending this festival for a few years and now that I'm based in Australia it's become something of a European pilgrimage. The festival hosts some truly wonderful work and Sibiu itself is an amazing place to visit. I can't recommend it highly enough.
