- Created in 2003, Mundo Perfeito is directed by Tiago Rodrigues. Based in Lisbon, Mundo Perfeito presented its work in Europe, Middle East and South America. Mixing collaborative pieces with international artists and Rodrigues' personal work, Mundo Perfeito has set itself as one of the most influential new theatre projects in Portugal.

A television news broadcast is “dubbed” live by actors and a DJ in a performance that substitutes public discourse with the intimate one and finds alternative ways to talk about the day that has been. It is the birth of another journalism, on the human scale of a stage, where the glance between two actors could have the same weight as global warming. “If a window would open” tells the news that never reach the news.

What do we see when we watch the eight o´clock news? A proposition of reality. Some news corporation's idea of what is important within the time and space of one day. The news tells us that this is the reality of which we are a part—a reality where, generally speaking, none of our daily thoughts or actions are even registered.
