My interests lie in the body as an object and what it has the potential to reveal or betray about the subject.
Among my work; in 2007 I was confined in a box for the duration of a 'lime' (term for a social gathering in Trinidad and Tobago). In 2009 for International Women’s Day, I performed at U.W.I., a piece entitled ‘Pretending to be Happy’ which took on a satirical approach to the ways girl children are locally abused. I also took part in a digital exhibition to raise awareness to similar issues in the “Violence Against Women”; 3-Day Conference held at the University of Trinidad and Tobago, (U.T.T.) O’Meara campus, Arima. In 2009 I performed several times as part of Sonja Dumas' dance company Continuum. In 2010 I took part in 2do Encuentro de Acción en Vivo y Diferido and Low Lives2.
