- as a poet, martial artist, taiji and yoga teacher i have been exploring movement and body & mind awareness for as long as i can remember.
a long time ago i began to feel the need to free myself from structured sets and systems for art.
searching for new ways to develop myself, i discovered dance/movement improvisation and performance art.
and so, in this specific time and space, i aim to unfold the mysteries and possibilities of these and other arts, in a continuous search for creative freedom, limitless expression and awareness.
the content on my website is a documentation of my research, a transformation of my thoughts, visions, ideas, dreams, fears.
