Manifestos

I've been writing one and looking at other manifestos too. Has anyone else been busy with writing one and want to share what that process has been like and what might be done with the manifesto? Continue

Indifference at Theaterdiscounter

January 18, 2013 at 8pm to January 19, 2013 at 8pm
“an amusing and intelligent small spectacle about the big question concerning freedom” Rheinische PostIndifference sees Bill Aitchison and Katja Dreyer, like degenerate Club Med entertainers, make a performance with the most lofty ideas around freewill and determinism using the most disposable of materials: group dances like The Birdie Dance, The Macarena and The Papaya! Karl Marx on a beach in Hawaii, dry ice, the voice of God and critiques of freedom are all brought into play in a subtle and…See More

24/7/52 at Flint Festival at Salisbury Arts Centre

November 17, 2012 from 6pm to 7pm
24/7/52 is a task-based, non-linear solo-performance. The performance sets up a number of continua that it negotiates its way along; order and chaos, representation and presentation, activity and inactivity, success and…See More

Vinyl at The Space London E14

October 7, 2012 at 4pm to October 14, 2012 at 7pm
Vinyl is a performance in which I play a track from a record for each year of my life and talk about the music, that year and how they might intersect. It produces a flattened biography and musical chronology that takes in a huge variety of musical and non-musical genres. See More

Indifference Review at Wunder der Praerie

Posted on September 15, 2011 at 10:18am 0 Comments

Mannheimer Morgen

Please scroll down for German version

"However, if one subsequently had the courage to experience hilarity at the festival centre, in their performance “Indifference” Bill Aitchison and Katja Dreyer curiously explore the idea of free will, with the Macarena and the Funky Chicken- until the final mental breakdown. Holiday songs and popular dance forms à la Club Med are turned into vehicles…
