Experiencing and learning is one of the most important aspects of our life and, knowingly or unknowingly, we keep learning throughout it. In experiencing the unusual opposite process we might be able to acquire new skills and fresh knowledge. Slipping back into an unskillful skin and state of mind will allow us to re-experience the beauty and power of discovery ourselves anew; to expand the infinite possibilities of our being.  Always ready for anything, open to everything. In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities; in the expert's mind there are few. “Unlearning” as the beginning of a new wisdom.

The workshop is open to professional dancers, actors, performers and anyone with physical performance experience.
