Dimanche Rouge is looking for art critics or journalists to interview experimental performers in the fields of performance art, dance, multimedia, video, sound, spoken word and installations.

The interviewer will conduct interviews with Dimanche Rouge's and other artists in written format via email.  Interviews will be conducted in English language and published on Dimanche Rouge's and Vasa Project websites.  Interviews will also be submitted to other websites for publication.

Dimanche Rouge is a not-for-profit association working without a budget, therefore, all members work on volunteer basis.  The interviewer position is non remunerated.

ABOUT DIMANCHE ROUGE

Dimanche Rouge’s mission is to promote contemporary art performances reaching a large and diverse public, providing a permanent platform for experimental art, and fostering international exchanges. Dimanche Rouge’s core development is a monthly and free experimental performance event based in Paris, France. This event was born out of a need for a permanent platform for experimental performances in Paris, and is now established at different venues for international artists to perform.  Dimanche Rouge is currently developing projects abroad intended to establish similar platforms in other countries and create sustainable artistic exchanges.

Since the start, 17 months ago, Dimanche Rouge’s events have showcased the work of over 500 artists from 52 countries. All of which have featured a wide array of groundbreaking performances including multimedia, dance, performance art, video, sound, actions, body art, interventions, street art, spoken word and installations.  Dimanche Rouge has created a large network of artists and numerous collaborative projects have started within this network.
